This sounds Awesome, How does it work?

As an R.H.S. member, we first do a quick home efficiency inspection, documenting key functions of your home, educating you and potentially preparing you for any immediate or future concerns we can address and you should be aware of. This makes our service personal to your home's unique needs. Once we establish this baseline, we are "on-call" and here to help, when an issue or need arises. Simply submit a work order request,( scan QR magnet or on our website) and we will reach out and schedule a good time to resolve the request, giving you peace of mind and keeping you prepared!

Do i have to have membership to have R.H.S. do work to my home?

At R.H.S., we are happy to tackle a single project, but we hope to build a long-term relationship with homeowners. By having a service plan, we will save you time and money and protect your home's equity. We do not require a contract or have any commitment expectations. A client can pay monthly or yearly for service plans.

Do I have to be home for a Tech to service my Work Order?

No. As long as we have permission to enter the property and/ or Home we can take care of the issue at your convenience. However, we ask the access to the home be made simple, any pets be safely secured away from the Project area and that no-one under the age of 18 be on-site unattended.

Does submitting a Work Order cost me anything extra?

There is NO fee for submitting a Work Order. Once our Technician evaluates the necessary repairs/ service we will confirm the solution with you and the best way to resolve the issue. Here are a few examples: (Example 1) A work order is submitted for a plumbing leak under the kitchen sink and the best resolution is to replace the gaskets in the plumbing. The labor is under 1 hr. and the parts are under $20/$50,( Depending on your Plan) this repair will be completely resolved with no additional cost and is included with your monthly plan. (Example 2) The same issue as above ( Work Order for a plumbing leak) the technician finds that the actual sink faucet needs to be replaced this repair will take approx. 2 hrs. labor and a comparable faucet style and design is $100 parts/ material… the cost for the additional hour of labor will be $75 and the faucet will cost you $100 minus your plans material credit( $20/ $50) So with the Home Owner Standard Plan ( most popular) the total cost of this repair, Labor/ Parts & Materials would be $155.

How does the Vendors, Trade Pros and Suppliers work?


At R.H.S., we encourage our clients/customers to reach out to us for any and all of your home's wants or needs. We are a complete service provider for home repairs, maintenance, and services. If something breaks, stops working, comes loose, leaks, won't close, won't open, makes a weird noise, etc., put in a work order request! Our in-house techs will take care of it.

If you want/need to repaint the house, remodel the kitchen or bath, add a sunroom, or make an addition, put in a work order request! We have a large network of local, verified, licensed, and insured trade professionals we have partnered with, ready to help! And they often give our members a discount.

If you want/need new flooring, carpet, appliances, cabinets, or countertops, etc., put in a work order request! We have a large network of local, verified, licensed, and insured vendors and suppliers we have partnered with that not only serve DIY clients but can handle installation as well. And they often give our members a discount.

Need a new HVAC? Our clients usually save approximately 30% on new installs. Need a new roof? Our trade professionals help work with homeowners' insurance to get it done!

I Love It! But what if I don’t actually use the service?

Credit/ Reimbursement Program

We care about you and your home! Therefore R.H.S. offers a return Credit for parts/ materials at the end of a service plan fiscal year (12- month) as follows.

Renter/ Landlord/ Standard/ Developer:

  • Zero work orders= 100% ($120)

  • One work order= 75% ($90)

  • Two work orders= 50% ($60)

  • Three or more= Disqualified

    Premium:

  • Zero work orders= 100% ($300)

  • One work order= 75% ($225)

  • Two work orders= 50% ($150)

  • Three or more= Disqualified

    This Credit can be paid out in multiple ways, rolled over unto the next Service Plan Agreement, Used towards a beatification/ Remodel project with Approved Venders/ Suppliers or simply sent back to you in the form of check or electronic money service.
